The three types of structures for marketing

The 3 types of structures for marketing primary and secondary products are:
1) Communication channels (structure)
2) Distribution channels (structure)
3) Service channels (structure)

1) Communication channels (structure) : deliver marketing messages to potential customers. distribution channels are delivery method for products, while aid companies in carrying our business transactions.
Communication channels (structure) present information to pools of potential customers known as the target audience. Communication channels may carry a company's advertisement, other types of persuasive messages and correspondence.
Examples of communication structure for primary and secondary product include: television, radio, magazines, newspapers, billboards, web pages, direct mailers etc.

2) Distribution channels (structure) : products reach the final consumers through Distribution channels (structure). Distribution structure include customers point of purchase, product displays and product delivery method. Point of purchase such as retail stores, wholesales and website with sales capabilities.

3) Service channels (structure) : this type of transactions are made possible through service channels. The types of service channels are transportation companies, warehouses, banks and insurers. Communications and distribution channels have have little bearing on marketers choice of service channels and this is because most service channel action can not be seen by customers. marketers might change the structure channel to improve rate or for cost-effectiveness.
